RHEMA 8/14/12 IDENTIFYING THE VEIL
OF CONDEMNATION
PIX: I
saw the window shade in my bedroom.
QUICKENED SCRIPTURE:
2 Cor 3:12-18 NKJV
Therefore, since we have such hope,
we use great boldness of speech — 13 unlike Moses, who
put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel
could not look steadily at the end of what was passing
away. 14 But their minds were blinded. For until this
day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the
Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ.
15 But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies
on their heart. 16 Nevertheless
when one turns to the
Lord, the veil is taken away. 17 Now the Lord
is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is,
there is liberty. 18 But we all, with unveiled face,
beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are
being transformed into the same image from glory to
glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
QUICKENED:
Even though we do our best to block out the world to
hear Him, sometimes condemnation is a veil that keeps us
from entering in to see and hear in greater levels.
Actually when I think of the law as in the above
passage, it was a form of condemnation. When we fall
under condemnation, we are judging ourselves as having
failed His holy standards.
John 3:17-21 NKJV
For God did not send His Son into the
world to condemn the world, but that the world
through Him might be saved. 18 "He who believes in Him
is not condemned; but he who does not believe is
condemned already, because he has not believed in
the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this
is the condemnation, that the light has come into
the world, and men loved darkness rather than light,
because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone
practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the
light, lest his deeds should be exposed. 21
But he who does the
truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly
seen, that they have been done in God."
NT:2919 CONDEMNATION
krino (kree'-no); properly, to
distinguish, i.e. decide (mentally or judicially); by
implication, to try, condemn, punish:
KJV - avenge, conclude, condemn, damn,
decree, determine, esteem, judge, go to (sue at the)
law, ordain, call in question, sentence to, think.
NT:2920
krisis (kree'-sis); decision
(subjectively or objectively, for or against); by
extension, a tribunal; by implication, justice
(especially, divine law):
KJV - accustion, condemnation,
damnation, judgment.
In context to the above passage, as
often as we lift the shade of our heart and turn our
heart to the candling of the Lord’s light, there is
simply NO condemnation that comes from Him, when we see
failures and what is spotlighted. He already knows all
in our heart and loves us entirely. When the shade is
lifted, we vulnerably open to His light so that we may
find freedom to be bathed and washed in His light and
grace.
Rom 8:1-10 NKJV
There is therefore now no
condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do
not walk according to the flesh, but according to the
Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ
Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and
death. 3 For what the law could not do in that it was
weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son
in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He
condemned sin in the flesh, 4 that the righteous
requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do
not walk according to the flesh but according to the
Spirit. 5 For those who live according to the flesh set
their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who
live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.
6 For to be carnally minded is death, but to be
spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the
carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject
to the law of God, nor indeed can be. 8 So then, those
who are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But you are
not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit
of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the
Spirit of Christ, he is not His.
QUICKENED SCRIPTURE:
Heb 4:11-13 NKJV
Let us therefore be diligent to enter
that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same
example of disobedience. 12 For the word of God is
living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged
sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit,
and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the
thoughts and intents of the heart. 13 And there is no
creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked
and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give
account.
CONDEMNATION CHALLENGES FAITH
Heb 4:2-3
…but the word which they heard did
not profit them, not being mixed with faith in
those who heard it. For we who have believed do enter
that rest…
When a person prophesies, it is
according to their portion of faith. This is true also
of being able to see and hear Him. Condemnation is a
direct challenge to our faith and so it is important to
overcome condemnation to hear and see Him more clearly.
Difficulties in condemnation can come
from demonic dreams, visions, thoughts and emotions, it
can come through personal esteem, from soul giants, and
also from people suffering abuse.
HEARD:
Pure.
PIX:
I saw the letter U in pure and it was a quickened word
pun for the word YOU.
The Lord sees us as purified and pure
before Him. We have a promise of entering into His holy
place to see Him.
Matt 5:8 NKJV
Blessed are the pure in heart, For
they shall see God.
Ps 24:3-7 NKJV
Who may ascend into the hill of the
Lord? Or who may stand in His holy place? 4 He who has
clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his
soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully. 5 He shall
receive blessing from the Lord, And righteousness from
the God of his salvation. 6 This is Jacob, the
generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face.
Selah 7 Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted
up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall
come in.
He wants us to think good things and
pure things about ourselves so that we see us as He sees
us. When we are seeking to hear and see more from the
Lord, we need to
understand that when we fall under condemnation, it puts
a veil between us and the Lord and inhibits our faith
from receiving all that He intends for us.
Phil 4:8 NKJV
Finally, brethren, whatever things
are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are
just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are
lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is
any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy —
meditate on these things.
Titus 1:15 AMP
To the pure [in heart and conscience]
all things are pure, but to the defiled and corrupt and
unbelieving nothing is pure; their very minds and
consciences are defiled and polluted.
CONFIRMATIONS: I received the following
confirmations from our Stirring Gifts Group and they
didn’t know I had rhema about a window shade.
FROM QW MEMBER 8/14/12
Saw: A Chamber surrounded with satin curtains
woven by gold. A gentle breeze opened the curtains and
then heard a deep, soft voice saying “ Enter to the
feast of your beloved”
FROM ANOTHER QW MEMBER 8/15/12
I was quickened to the curtains. I see you
leaving a room with an open window, and the curtains
are blowing gently from a breeze through the open window.
Matthew 11:29 (AMPLIFIED) "Take My yoke upon you, and
learn of Me; for I am gentle(meek) and humble (lowly) in
heart, and you will find rest -relief, ease, and
refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet- for your
souls."
Blessings Sandy!
