RHEMA 2/04/10 WHEN GOD IS SILENT AND WAITS
HEARD: Volunteers. Indeed power.
Ps 110:3 NKJV
Your people shall be volunteers In the day of Your
power; In the beauties of holiness, from the womb of the
morning, You have the dew of Your youth.
WISDOM: Love does not coerce. Sometimes God
doesn’t tell us what to do, so that we grow and mature
into making the right choice. Sometimes He withholds on
purpose to wait and see what we will do.
When God is silent,
it is time to listen and find out why.
Like for instance being volunteers in our testimonies.
RHEMA 6/9/02 VOLUNTEER TESTIMONY
DREAM: Bob Jones had come to visit. He prayed
over me and started pulling a bunch of enemy darts and
arrows and wounds out of me from my belly. Then he
touched my mouth with his hand to pray for anointing to
speak the Word of the Lord. He loosed my tongue to
speak. He said, “Remember you do not have to give your
testimony unless you want to.” I understood that there
were wounds that are a part of the cost of sharing our
testimony.
WORD TO PONDER: VOLUNTEER TESTIMONY 6/9/02
I want you to understand that when you give your
testimony, that it is a willing, loving and voluntary
sacrifice. The power of your testimony is like throwing
a boulder into a quiet lake. The waves and
reverberations of such not only reach the far shores,
but also make a loud sound sending vibrations into the
heavens. In the natural and in the spiritual, everything
has a cause and effect. A small earthquake may relieve
tension on one side of the world but cause a tidal wave
on the other.
And so it is with the power of your testimony. Every
testimony has a cost. It honors Me when you give Your
testimony. It is not to be feared, but the cost is to be
counted. Remember I only want volunteers. You need not
tell all, for I will use whatever you give.
“For which of you, intending to build a tower, does
not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has
enough to finish it.” (Luke 14:28-29 NKJV)
