when is a baby a person?

Perry shared the following scriptures about infants in the womb, proving they are people before they are born.

We are a body, soul and spirit.

1 Thess 5:23-24 NKJV

Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it. 

Some believe that the spirit and soul doesnt come into the infant until about the time of birth.  People who believe this, accept partial birth abortion because they dont believe they are taking a life.  But that is not true because children in scripture are spoken of before birth.

When does a baby get its soul and spirit? 

The child is called a child at the moment of conception and the mother is called a mother at the moment of conception.

Matt 1:18-19  NKJV

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit.

John the Baptist was 6 months old in the womb when he was filled with the Spirit.

This could not have happened unless he was a person already.

Luke 1:13-16 NKJV

But the angel said to him, "Do not be afraid, Zacharias, for your prayer is heard; and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John. 14 And you will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth. 15 For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink. He will also be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother's womb.

The Lord identifies sexual identities, their names, plans and purposes even before they are born.

Ps 139:13-16 NLT

You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother's womb.  14 Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous — and how well I know it.  15 You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb.  16 You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.

Jer 1:5 NKJV

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations."

Gen 17:19  NKJV

Then God said: "No, Sarah your wife shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name Isaac; I will establish My covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his descendants after him.

Judg 13:7  NKJV

And He said to me, 'Behold, you shall conceive and bear a son. Now drink no wine or similar drink, nor eat anything unclean, for the child shall be a Nazirite to God from the womb to the day of his death.'"

Ex 21:22-25 NKJV

"If men fight, and hurt a woman with child, so that she gives birth prematurely, yet no harm follows, he shall surely be punished accordingly as the woman's husband imposes on him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.  23 But if any harm follows, then you shall give life for life, 24 eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, 25 burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.

The conclusion of Perry’s study is that we have got to stop voting people into office that validate abortion.
