WHEN THE REVELATIONS COME 4/21/09
HEARD: We piece together parts of the puzzle.
PIX: I saw many pieces of paper raining down
upon someone’s head.
ONE LOAD AT A TIME
I have been watching a lot of taped landscaping shows
lately. And one thing that has been so quickened to me
is when the trucks come with their "loads." A load of
lumber, a load of sawdust, a load of gravel, a load of
bricks, a load of boulders, a load of dirt, a load of
sand... And they back into the driveways and DUMP! One
show dumped about 40 boulders and the neighbors thought
there had been an earthquake.
Now I have such a perfect picture in my mind of what it
is like when the Lord dumps a huge pile of revelation
upon us. I sometimes get a whole night of things that
end up being 5 or 6 days worth of posts. And sometimes
He dumps things into my spirit that opens up a huge pile
of understanding that lasts for years.
And yet when it comes to "dispensing" what we are given,
and actually using them... it is just like those
landscape shows. One wheel barrow at a time ... until
the whole load is in its place to form a beautiful new
setting with clear and relevant understanding.
1 Cor 14:19 NKJV
...yet in the church I would rather speak five words
with my understanding, that I may teach others also,
than ten thousand words in a tongue.

The wise also will hear and increase in learning, and
the person of understanding will acquire skill and
attain to sound counsel [so that he may be able to steer

understand a proverb and a figure of speech or an enigma
with its interpretation, and the words of the wise and
