RHEMA 12/19/11 WHEN YOU SAY "I DONT CARE"
WORD OF WISDOM: WHEN YOU SAY "I DONT CARE"
Saying I dont care is NOT forgiveness.
Saying I dont care is NOT a way to overcome loss.
Saying I dont care is NOT a way to let go.
Saying I dont care IS the soul's natural way of numbing
oneself to pain so that you no longer hurt. However
this is NOT God's way because it causes a hardened,
isolated heart.
In the garden when Jesus was accepting His Father's will
to die on the cross, He cared so much that He sweat
drops of blood because His soul was in anguish. Jesus
said, "Not My will, but Yours be done." When we need to
let go of something that matters very much, Jesus calls
us to go through death to self will and say, "Not my
will but Yours be done." When we embrace His will, it
will hurt because we DO care.
However when we choose to give what we care about to
God, He takes what we planted in death, and multiplies
that seed over and over again for a marvelous harvest.
Oh death where is your sting? Yes for a moment, but
death is swallowed up in victory as you see the reward
for your labor.
Isa 53:11 NKJV
He shall see the labor of His soul, and be satisfied.
John 12:23-28 NKJV
But Jesus answered them, saying, "The hour has come
that the Son of Man should be glorified. 24 Most
assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls
into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it
dies, it produces much grain. 25 He who loves his life
will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world
will keep it for eternal life. 26 If anyone serves Me,
let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will
be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.
27 "Now My soul is troubled, and what shall I say?
'Father, save Me from this hour'? But for this
purpose I came to this hour. 28 Father, glorify Your
name." Then a voice came from heaven, saying, "I have
both glorified it and will glorify it again."
