YOU ARE NOT A QUITTER  5/15/09

Yesterday I had written a person and shared a portion of what I had been going through in a long trial.  When I re-read it, I felt sad that it did not have more good news to report. I was very surprised and blessed to hear the Lord’s following response, for He not only listened but gave me feedback, adjustment and comfort about it.  His love is so deeply moving.

Mal 3:16  NKJV

Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, and the LORD listened and heard them; So a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the LORD and who meditate on His name.

HEARD:  Show me your face.  Home run.  You are not a quitter.  Get on your horse.  Medicine.  Say what you are going to say.  It’s a powerful testimony.  Weakness.  Sacrifices.  All the way home, each one. 

HEARD:  Report, it’s a good report.  I see it through the eyes of faith.  My daughter, no more shame.  Just be real, that’s all.

WEAKNESS IS A TESTIMONY FOR OTHERS  9/6/94

When you are willing to try, even though you fail and show yourself to be weak, it inspires others to apply themselves and run their own race. Your winning is not based upon how fast and skillfully you run. Rather, it is based upon your courage and effort to try in spite of everything going against you.

“He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.”  (Rev 21:7 KJV)

THE POWER OF YOUR TESTIMONY  12/28/00

So much has been dependent upon the power of your testimony.  In the natural you have viewed your life as a loss, resulting from childhood decisions. I only see the victory.  You have overcome all that was before you. The day that you surrendered your life, and considered yourself dead, the day that you let Me live My life through you, became the power to overcome all evil.  And you have done so.  And now you stand as My servant, one of character, integrity and great wealth in Me.  One thing yet remains.  You have yet to see the power of such a yielded life.  You have yet to see the power of My Spirit flowing through you in full authority.  It will be awesome.

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.”  (Rev 12:11 NKJV)
