FINDING
YOUR PEACE
I had
come to a crossroads in my ministry. Even before the
actual cross road came, I had been praying about it for
many months. I knew this was a time for doors to open.
However when a door was actually presented to me, this
door could be interpreted both ways. The enemy wants us
to go through doors that will veer us off course, so we
need to pray diligently to know which doors to close.
When we are at a cross road, this is important for our
destiny. I waited upon Him, but even with input, I still
could not decide whether this opportunity was the door
of the Lord. After a few days of thinking through the
details, I had totally, 100%, lost my peace.
VISION:
I was opening up these little wooden mail boxes. They
were stacked one on top of the other, each with its own
door. Inside each was a different pair of shoes for
different people. The boxes had a label called PEACE.
HEARD:
Until we can walk in peace. That’s My point. Rest.
Eph 6:15
KJV
And your
feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace.
This was
the Lord’s answer to me, that unless I could walk
through a door of opportunity in His peace, I was not
prepared and needed to rest and wait upon Him instead.
He told me that the first door would come again later
and He would multiply its influence for my waiting. As
it turned out a second door opened that was similar to
the first opportunity. I had wonderful peace in walking
through and the Lord strongly confirmed my decision.
However He told me not to compromise my anointing or
focus in which He had called me. I was to stay within
the boundaries He had already made known to me. When we
walk into new places there is a tendency to get carried
away in the flow. His peace will be our safeguard and
barometer.
UPDATE
CONFIRMATION: I listened to a tape from Rick Joyner and
he mentioned that the scripture didn’t say the God of
warfare or whatever will crush satan under our feet,
rather it says the God of peace does this. We need to
recognize that walking in peace is actually a weapon.
Rom
16:19-20 NKJV
I want
you to be wise in what is good, and simple concerning
evil. And the God of peace will crush Satan under your
feet shortly.

NOTE: I
went to bed to rest in His Presence. I had an ache in my
heart from empty nest. Our son had just moved away to go
to college.
HEARD:
Divine appointment. Peace.
DREAM: I
was desiring to float in a little pool so that I could
rest and relax. I noticed that my shoes were in the pool
and they were floating just fine. Shoes represent my
peace.
HEARD:
It felt so good to rest with Papa. He misses me like I
miss my son.
HEARD:
Make it plain to her. Intimacy.

HEARD:
Shoed with peace.
VISION:
I saw 2 glue bottles.
HEARD:
Bonded.

to Ponder are summaries of His quickened Words}
WORD TO
PONDER: WALK IN PEACE
I want
to establish your walk with peace. Without My peace, it
leaves the door open to enemy onslaught. Listen to this
practical barometer gage I have placed in your heart. I
have given you this gift so that you will know the way
to go even when the way seems obscure and not clear. If
you have lost your peace, pull back, close the door and
return to rest in Me.
I so
long for our times of intimate fellowship, where you
pour out your heart to Me and then listen to Mine for
you. As you learn to lay aside all unrest of heart and
soul, it closes the door to unrest and opens the doors
for our special times of communion. It is in this place
of bonding that you become established in My peace.
Even as
I glue the soles of your shoes, so I also bond your walk
in Me with My peace. My peace gives you a firm
foundation that not only takes the shock out of the
bumps in life, but also makes you stable. So, trust Me
to give you the peace you need to walk without fear.
Trust Me that My Word over your life is a good gift and
good news.
"For
shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News,
so that you will be fully prepared." (Eph 6:15-16 NLT)
"How
beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who
bring good news of peace and salvation, the news that
the God of Israel reigns!" (Isa 52:7-8 NLT)
