OVERCOMING ISOLATION

[The Prison Doors of Isolation Are Open]

VISION [3/08/04]: I saw a picture vision of Corry Tin Boon. [Corry survived prison camp in WW2 then went on to have a world wide ministry]

HEARD: First of all they were isolated.

EXPERIENCE: Today when placing a CD in the computer drive, it did not snap into place before the door closed. The door shut and jammed, unable to open again. The repairman gave me suggestions and I was finally able to open it without breaking anything. When I went to bed I saw a vision from an interesting perspective.

VISION: I saw the slot in the CD drive. However the slot was quite large, and as I was peering in, I realized I was looking through it to an isolation cell, inside a prison. The slot was a little horizontal slot in the prison door where trays of food slide through. A few days prior to seeing this vision, I saw an advertisement where books were being given as a ministry to a prisoner through the little slot. All you could see of the prisoner was a hand and an arm reaching through the slot to receive the book.

DREAM: A giant tree was cut and had fallen. It was so tall it fell through several city blocks. I wondered how it could have happened without hurting anyone. I thought that there might be men on every corner with walkie-talkies who'd cleared the path first. It landed exactly where they wanted.

[Lord what was that tree?]

HEARD: Isolation and loneliness.

HEARD: Church. Go as you are. Assurance. You don't need to worry.

HEARD: Reverse the curve. The agonizing pain of stretch. Heal.

HEARD: Tree clean up. The pain of isolation. Pain. Overcoming their difficulties. I give you Jesus Christ, good gift.

VISION: I saw a wounded right arm that was positioned in an odd angle. It was seriously in a spasm as it attempted to reach out.

WORD TO PONDER: ISOLATED NO MORE

How I yearn, along with My beloved children who are chained behind the doors of isolation! My precious ones, I have felt every tear, know every sorrow and experience every longing in your hearts. So MANY are in your shoes.

Rejection, infirmity, shame, pain, fear, weakness, broken hearts, broken families, transition… the list goes on and on. There are so many reasons for the isolation that My people are suffering.

You may feel shut in behind closed doors, but I have placed a window of light before you. Listen to the memory in your heart, I have already given you a way out. I have already pointed towards an opportunity. The stronghold of isolation has fallen and it is time for you to put actions to the glimmer of hope before you. Step out, reach out, take that step and move forward. You will find that when you reach out, there are others who are feeling just as you are… lost within a crowd. Touch their life and see the chains of your own isolation melt away.
