8/08/26 GIFTS: YOU WILL NOT BE LEFT BEHIND
Today I listened to a sermon on Isreal missing their day of visitation when Jesus came the first time. Knowing that some very wonderful moves of His Spirit are coming, I prayed that I would not miss my own day of visitation. One of my favorite ways God moves is through Kyros moments when circumstances between heaven and earth line up into divine timing events. They are awesome when they happen!
I was thinking about the L-O-N-G delay my prophetic generation suffered in planting seeds of His promises, then that crop was turned into more seeds and plowed under for another harvest. Just as prophesied by Bob Jones, we have waited for the 3rd crop of promises to ripen and it has been 40+ years now. Regarding the wait, I was also reminded of when those who have grown weary of the delay, were called to “tarry by the stuff” at the brook Besor. The Lord told David, that those who were too weary and could not go into battle, they were called to tarry by their stuff and when the spoil was divided, everyone got equal pay.
1 Samuel 30:10 But David pursued, he and four hundred men: for two hundred abode behind, who were so faint that they could not go over the brook Besor.
1 Samuel 30:24 For who will hearken unto you in this matter? but as his part is that goes down to the battle, so shall his part be that waits by the supplies: they shall part alike.
5/30/09 YOU WILL NOT BE LEFT BEHIND
Today Anna and I drove down the river to eat lunch at a place where they also have boat rides. When we arrived they had no table with a river view. So we sat down until one came available. The waitress said “I will clean up the table andI promise no one will take your place.” One moment following that, the Lord opened my ears to hear the conversation of a lady sitting behind us. She told someone, “I promise they will hold the boat for you, they will not leave without you.”
Ac 27:21-25 NKJV
And now I urge you to take heart, for there will be no loss of life among you, but only of the ship. 23 For there stood by me this night an angel of the God to whom I belong and whom I serve, 24 saying, ‘Do not be afraid, Paul; you must be brought before Caesar; and indeed God has granted you all those who sail with you.’ 25 Therefore take heart, men, for I believe God that it will be just as it was told me.
WORD TO PONDER: YOU WILL NOT BE LEFT BEHIND 8/9/97
Even though you are isolated and set apart at this time, know that it is I Who have called you. I promise you that you shall come behind in no gift, and great shall your borders extend. Have courage to trust in Me and I will bring many hungry people to your bounty.
“For I will cast out the nations before thee, and enlarge thy bordersneither shall any man desire thy land, when thou shalt go up to appear before the LORD thy God thrice in the year.” (Ex 34:24 KJV)
I suddenly remembered that last month I heard the Lord say that I would come behind in no gift:
7/31/26: See that you come behind in no gift. The freedom that you have. I want it established.
WORD TO PONDER: YOU WILL COME BEHIND IN NO GIFT 6/7/97
My Beloved, you who would give all that you have whenever you can, so gifted, so willing, so ready, so able, and yet thwarted at every turn. The enemy would lie to you saying you are not fit for service since you still wait for open doors. But I promise you, you will come behind in no gift. You are fit for ministry and I will open doors.
“That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you So that ye come behindin no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1Co 1:5-8)
