God Speaks Through bLOoPeRs

HE SPEAKS THROUGH BLooPERS

I love it when the Lord talks to me through my bloopers. He has a great sense of humor and loves to touch my funny bone! When I hear Him through these times, they are especially punctual and hit me right where I am at. I pray that you too will be blessed and learn how God can speak to us through this amazing way.

Our bloopers can be a link to Him if we recognize Him in the process. I enjoy hearing Him this way, as so often He uses my mistakes to talk to me humorously.

CHAPTER AND VERSE

Once I was seeking His input about Chapter Two, saying I wanted to stick my toe in the water about an issue. Later while editing Chapter Two, I typed “CHAPTER TOE, God Speaks Through The Bible.” I didn’t notice until later and had a splendid laugh.

CEREAL ANYONE?

Another time, as I was getting breakfast ready and reaching for a spoon, I heard the Lord say, “Parable.” I thought, “I wonder what the parable is?” I walked around the counter to set my bowl, cereal and spoon onto the table. Finally I looked at the spoon I had grabbed from the drawer — it was a giant serving spoon! (Larger than a tablespoon.)

I giggled and ate my cereal with the huge spoon. The Lord had again confirmed that He had given me a large meal to give His people. I love His sense of humor!

BLOOPER NAME

Today when I posted the following PonderWord, I evidently blooped my name. Here is a note from one of my readers. Living parables, I love them even if they come out blooped!!

DISPLACED FOR A PURPOSE
In this last season, there were many who were knocked out of alignment within My body. Disjointed and in pain, they suddenly became dislocated, no longer having a place. This was the work of the enemy to stop their freedom of expression in Me. Even though painful, I allowed this for My own purposes of harvesting the fruit and pruning the branches for a flourishing season yet to come. Let the pain go and yield it all to Me, your Master Gardner. For I will nurture you and heal you and bring you into My place, the place I have prepared for you.

Release all personal ambition for ministry, even your godly zeal to Me. Give no room for competition, jealousy, pride, comparison, or self promotion. If you humble yourself before Me and allow My pruning to be thorough, then I shall bring you into a new place of favor and honor, one of My own doing and defense. You will find that in yielding all to Me, you will never have to defend yourself, or promote yourself again. In that day, I shall send you and I will back you with signs following and My anointing will carry you far beyond your greatest expectations.
