HOPE FOR THE PRISONERS

HOPE FOR THE PRISONERS

HEARD:  Seasons. Finding your purposes. Each one. Plug in. This season, is renewed hope. Lessons learned. Your past is forgiven. Washed clean. Ray of hope.

WORD TO PONDER: THOSE LITTLE BUDS BRING JOY 4/01/24

Precious ones, you sought me in your isolated dark times of a cold winter season. And I heard your prayers. Your season has turned and My light has broken through with the warmth of My Son. I am sending the spring rains to water your gardens. I am calling you to find joy in the littlest signs of hope! I will open your eyes to see them break through like tiny little buds. You know not to despise the day of small beginnings for I have given you a vision to see the full bloom of what I am planting into your life. Yes you desire the full blooms but I want you to take JOY in the journey of watching those tiny little signs grow to full blossom. It’s My joy to watch over you dear ones. And in turn you will find joy in watching over what I plant and bring forth in your life.

Isa 35:1-4 The wilderness and the dry land shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose. 2 It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellence of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the LORD, and the excellency of our God. 3 Strengthen you the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees. 4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompense; he will come and save you.

As I thought of a season of hope, I began to think of the Jan 6 prisoners who have such hope. They are counting the days and marking them off when President Trump takes office and sets them free on his first day! They have paid a great price for their passion and patriotism. I began praying in the spirit for them and in English asked the Lord to heal their hearts from such suffering and injustice.

I prayed in the spirit for about an hour while I was doing other things. And suddenly I heard the word Tortured. I remembered seeing the clip this week of the prisoner being set free in Syria; oh such trauma he has suffered. I prayed for him several times that day, I was so moved. So I began praying for those who are tortured in prison. I asked the Lord to deliver them from torment, to heal their broken bodies, their broken hearts and minds… to comfort them… I asked Him to help them pray and find comfort in Him. As I was praying I suddenly heard,

Pleased to make your acquaintance. Angels. We will go for you. Send us where you will.

Psalm 103:20 Bless the LORD, you his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

So because I had heard the Spirit say tortured, I followed His Word and sent them to the tortured and began praying over them once again. We may not be in a position to visit those in prison. But we can remain available to pray for them. They can receive much greater help, comfort and deliverance from angelic help than human help! This season remember those in prison and pray for them. Decree HOPE over them, that the Lord is hearing their prayers and His help is coming! Decree the past is over and done and the Lord is doing a new thing for them. Declare His hope to spring forth, that He is setting the prisoners free in Jesus name!

Isaiah 42:6-10 I the LORD have called you in righteousness, and will hold your hand, and will keep you, and give you for a covenant to the people, for a light to the Gentiles; 7 To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house. 8 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. 9 Behold, the former things have come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them. 10 Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise from the ends of the earth, you that go down to the sea, and all that is in it; the coastlands, and its inhabitants.
