KNOCKING ON THE DOOR IS 2 WAY

3/21/24 KNOCKING ON THE DOOR IS 2 WAY

WAITING UPON THE LORD IS SOMETIMES HARD TO DO

HEARD: Bringing you the answer to your problems. [Lord please help me connect with You in my devotional time.] First of all let it happen naturally. My daughter. You delight Me, just because you are you. Waiting is one of the hardest things you will ever learn to do sweet one. I had to learn to wait on My Father. The following scripture about tarrying one hour came to mind:

Matthew 26:40-41 And he came unto the disciples, and found them asleep, and said unto Peter, What, could you not watch with me one hour? 41 Watch and pray, that you enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

JUST ONE FOCUS, ONE DESIRE, ONE THING:

How to simplify your life dear daughter. Shall we begin? One thing.  The Holy Spirit imparted Psalm 27:4 into my mind:

Psalm 27:4 One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in his temple.

INQUIRE – TO PLOUGH, BREAK FORTH, INSPECT, SEARCH OUT

3/22/23 CONFIRMATION PSALM 27:4

Morningstar is having its Worship and Warfare conference this week. Today Chris preached on Psalm 27:4, having the Lord be our One desire. It was a really powerful and anointed sermon.

KNOCKING ON THE DOOR IS 2 WAY

Come to Me sweet one. Just open the door. Just like that. And when you knock on Mine, you shall find Me. These 2 scriptures came to mind, where He knocks on our door for fellowship and we knock on His. It is a 2-way street. It is such a powerful experience when the Lord responds to what we have said, thought, asked. There is simply nothing like a friendship with the Lord.

Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears my voice, and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will eat with him, and he with me.

Luke 11:9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

WORD TO PONDER: TO WANT ME ABOVE ALL ELSE 3/17/21

Dear hearts, I understand your longings and yearnings to hear from Me. I miss you too. Your feelings are a reciprocal response to My own, for I am drawing you to Me. Yes I am always with you dear one. However fellowship is a two way reciprocal love and only in the 2 way exchange can true intimacy take place.

I did promise that if you seek Me, you will find Me. My friend, I always hear your knocking on My door and I promised it is always open to you. However the tools of knocking are not what opens My door. Your knocking only prepares your heart to receive Me and what I want to share with you. It is the longing in your heart, the deepest desires of why you come to Me, that I respond to. I hear, feel, and need your heart just as you need Mine. Do you understand this?

I give My people 3 places to dwell. In the outer court among the people, the inner court, or the holy of holies. You have the options to leave the courts behind, closing the door to their distractions and demands, and coming into your secret place with Me. We both find satisfaction as we commune together and find the love our hearts long for together. Come dear one, the door of My heart is open to you always.

Mt 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
