8/20/15 GRACE FOR FUTURE HURDLES IN COLD CLIMATES
On the horizon. I saw a skier skiing back and forth between deep moguls. He faced each mogul without hesitation and had perfect form as he passed around each one and through their path. I sensed the Lord was saying there would be snow and bumps to overcome this winter, since I had been praying over what is coming.
COMMENT: I snow skied in my younger years. Moguls are the humps and bumps on a ski slope. The way to properly bypass tall or deep moguls without going directly on top of them (and thus flying through the air and splatting!) is to bend one’s knees really deep almost as though sitting, and lean into the corner of the mogul as you use it to turn and get aligned for the next mogul. Keeping the knees flexible and not locked is a key to tackling the up and down movement. Conquering moguls is not a straight path downhill, rather it is a series of changing directions back and forth to make it down safely.
Usually a slope that has moguls has many of them in line and not just one. Spiritually speaking it is passing through a season of hurdles, learning how to bypass them and keep going. One other thing, often going downhill or descending represents a time of humility and humbling oneself.
WORD TO PONDER: I WILL GIVE YOU GRACE TO MANEUVER PAST HINDRANCES 8/20/15
Even in cold climates and difficult winter seasons, I will give you grace to bypass all the mountains you see before you. Prepare yourselves. Position yourself and align with Me as you face the path or detours before you. Sink deeply before Me through prayer dear hearts. Do not become settled in one direction, rather be willing to change courses as you move back and forth between the hurdles.
Repent and change in the places I have been bringing to your attention. Humble yourself, do not trust in your own strength to tackle hurdles, lest you fall. I will always make a way to escape and provide detours. Pray that you will not be given over to evil, but delivered from temptation. Flee the works of the flesh and soulish desires. Run to Me, for I AM your answer to everything you face.

WORD TO PONDER: OVERCOME ACCUSATION 2/02/21
Dear brothers and sisters, please don’t fight. Differences of opinion and perspective do happen, however avoid accusation at all cost. The accuser of the brethren causes much destruction and drives a wedge between people. Let the loathing accusations have no place in your thoughts or words! Damaging words raise walls of distrust, spew condemnation that causes rejection, betrayal, abandonment and more.
Overcome the obstacles and pursue peace. Die to self by repenting, forgiving and taking action to change, for carnal speaking has nothing to do with Me. As you repent for your own behavior, I will also work on those who have accused you. Dear ones, remain edifying, letting My love be your motive in sharing truth. Use truth to build up, not tear down. Do your diligence to build one another up in the treasured mystery of faith.
Revelation 12:10-11 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, who accused them before our God day and night. 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto death.
