12/03/22 OVERCOMING PATTERNS OF TRAUMA, ANXIETY AND FEAR
I am not one that has ever given into fear. 40sih years ago I was on my daily delivery route and suddenly I had fear attack me. It was very strange to me, my heart racing, adrenalin pumping and my stomach knotted up. I was afraid and yet I was not thinking about anything, just enjoying the morning route on my way to my first delivery. I immediately knew it was a demonic spirit and so I bound it and commanded it to go. I kept taking authority over it and praying over it to the Lord, as to why this was happening. I arrived a few minutes later to the first business on my route. I walked in with the lady’s order and she was leaning against the counter white as a sheet. I was overtaken at the look on her face because she always greeted me with such huge smiles. She was not smiling at all and something was definitely wrong. I said Oh my! What is wrong?? She told me she had just had a panic attack. Immediately I knew what I experienced was a word of knowledge and that my fighting against the spirit of fear had actually delivered her even though I was not there in person.
Well this morning, I had another experience of the exact same thing. A spirit of fear hit me this morning around 6 AM for no apparent reason at all. I prayed and took authority over the fear when it attacked me, as I knew it was spiritual and wondered where it was coming from. I stopped praying and taking authority when I regained my peace. I discovered an hour later someone wrote me a thank you note at the same time I had experienced the attack. I was not expecting this note and remembered the experience I had 40 years ago while on deliveries. When I prayed over this experience after remembering this, I heard the Lord say:
HEARD: Trauma. Anxiety. The bottom line. Why you felt what you did. It was not you. Now you understand. This is a giant. [Name] must overcome this.
After praying over and pondering the connection between trauma and anxiety I saw the downward cycle of what takes place in a person who suffers trauma and does not deal with it in a healthy way. Here is what I received:
1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he cares for you.
According to the Greek, when we are entangled with the spirit of care, we have a distracted divided mind, not focused on the Lord. We are to literally throw what we are distracted about back to the Lord.
If a trauma is fresh, it is natural to try and resolve the circumstance and lack of peace by being distracted with our thoughts and emotions. If we do not heave these onto the Lord’s lap, the trauma buries itself because the emotion and memory is too raw to deal with at the surface. When trauma begins to go deeper it produces anxiety, especially when a person gets close to a circumstance that caused the original trauma. And if the trauma and anxiety are repeated and still not dealt with properly, it evolves into dread when in close proximity to the original trauma and now having bad expectations (negative faith) that trauma is going to be repeated. If none of this is fought and submitted to the Lord, it gives permission to a strongman where a person has a major problem of being in captivity to anxiety, dread and fear.
HOW TO PRAY WHEN ANXIOUS
Problem:
Trauma > Anxiety > Dread > Fear > Strongman
Resolution is to bind the demonic emotion (and/or) spirit and release the opposite spirit:
Healing > Peace > Hope > Love > Freedom with the Lord’s ruling.
- Take authority over trauma, and release healing in its place.
- Take authority over anxiety and release peace in its place.
- Take authority over dread and release hope in its place.
- Take authority over fear and release perfect love in its place.
- Take authority over the strongman and released the Lord’s rule in his place.
When I take spiritual authority, I also bind any strongholds over those things and release the angels to tear down any lies that allow the strongman access and release God truth so that freedom can come.
Perfect love is the anecdote to fear. Ultimately it is submitting to trust in His perfect love that casts out fear. The enemy has to gain God’s (and our) permission to touch our lives. When we truly believe He works everything together for our good, we have no need to fear because He is good and His gifts are good.
1 John 4:18-19 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear: because fear has to do with punishment. He that fears is not made perfect in love. 19 We love him, because he first loved us.

Precious ones, I understand how hard it is when you have suffered extreme pressure or trauma from storms in your past. These tend to stay below ground, hidden until you get in close proximity to something that triggers a memory of that time in your life. You wince and pull back and find yourself facing old emotions that are painful. When you are not yet healed of such, it can cause you to be frozen in time and stuck in old emotional patterns.
When this happens, give that pattern to Me and ask Me to heal you. Often it is a simple matter of rebooting, just like your computer. Sometimes your circuitry gets overloaded with too much “stuff” and you need to dump the weight of old memories into My lap and then click reset.
Dear heart, you are a brand new person now. Repentance set you free, repentance changed you and now you walk in a new pair of shoes. Keep treading and keep the enemy’s attempts to hinder your progress under your feet. Those old snakes are dead meat. Who is more than a conqueror? Through My love for you, YOU ARE.

HEARD AND SAW
I saw an igloo with a fireplace! These were the mouths of the righteous melting strongholds. The strongholds melt. Decree as you wish. Watch them change. These are important dear one. Every one of them. You are safe. This is supernatural. It’s your authority to remove them. Bind. Now loose healing to trauma. This is working, keep doing it. Traumas melt. Loose.
We have been given the keys of the kingdom to bind the demonic and loose those who are held captive.
Matthew 16:19 And I will give unto you the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever you shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
The word loose means to melt, break up, destroy, dissolve, put off.

Beloved ones, the cries of My people have risen to heaven. I have heard their great sorrows in sickness and oppression. Go forth in the power of My gospel and set the captives free. Every place the soles of your feet shall walk in My Name, you shall plant My kingdom on earth.
Put the enemy under your feet and use the authority I have given you. Bind the demonic forces, and loose the captives. Draw near to Me and rebuke the enemy. Lay your hands on the sick and they shall recover. I will work with you, confirming the spoken Word in signs following.
