PRAYING WITHOUT CEASING

PRAYING WITHOUT CEASING

3/14/25 PRAYING WITHOUT CEASING

HEARD: Worried. You belong to Me sweet one. Giving yourself to Me and letting Me use you. Yes I will use you every day. Watch and pray. You are in a different season now. Advancement is coming up. A new position as a watchman. I put everyone into their place. I trained you. You are prepared. Visions. I will show you.

[Lord please show me how and what to pray over each day. Let me be instant in prayer.]

1 Thessalonians 5:17-18 Pray without ceasing. 18 In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

GREEK PRAY: To wish, or will towards God. Ceasing means to permanently without interruption, to continue.

Col 4:2 AMP Be earnest and unwearied and steadfast in your prayer [life], being [both] alert and intent in [your praying] with thanksgiving.

Luke 18:1 And he spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

GREEK FAINT: to be weak, loose heart, weary, faint.

For me, the easiest way to pray without ceasing is to pray in tongues after I have already prayed over the concerns of what I see and hear going on for that day.

Also when I pray over a topic, I do whatever is quickened to do:

  • Take authority/ bind devils, loose angels & circumstance
  • Decree/proclaim scripture over a situation
  • Prophesy over the issue / Speak to the mountain
  • Request/ make my wishes known to the Lord.
  • Write my prayers down.
  • Stop and pray as soon as I see/ hear something in need of prayer.  This is over strangers on the streets, things I see/ hear on YouTube, the news media, dreams, visions, His still small voice, life circumstance, people I love, people’s prophetic Words, etc.

CONFIRMATION:

Todays scripture study was on praying continually. I wondered what that meant and how someone can do that. The Lord confirmed my study and answered my question!

After lunch we went to Albies and the car radio talked about the SAME scripture. He said the reason why we pray constantly is to learn that we need God for everything. We learn to lean upon Him. People who pray are a people who are totally dependent upon God for everything and not reliant upon themselves. He also shared the cross reference about not being anxious, but praying about everything. He said that when we feel anxious, it should remind us to pray.
