Staying in Synch With God’s Timing

When we want to understand His season, it helps to be plugged into communication with other Christians, then we can discover patterns we have in common. These patterns can be literal, as in literal circumstances, or spiritual, as in symbolic stories within our lives. When God moves, He moves on behalf of the individual and the group. In belonging to the body of Christ, we are merged into the gears of His large time clock.
He gave me a vision once of a mass of gears. As one gear moved, it moved another, and another. As I viewed the individual gears, they moved in little circles, touching other gears moving in similar circles. Each small gear was joined within a huge structure of gears which joined into giant gears, moving more slowly. All these gears turned into people and their arms were linked in a circle. As one person moved, it began the process and they all moved in synchronization. Then I saw the connection of gears turn into a replica of His clock. As He merges us within its gears, His overall clock moves very slowly. Synchronizing a group of people like this would be practically impossible in the flesh. Only the Holy Spirit can do this incredible task.
The Lord often uses the unity of His people to confirm us with His Words. They are like the above gears providing places in which to link and become grounded. One time, when my son and I went on a bike ride and I tried to stand up on my three speed bike, my gears popped out of place and the pedals slipped. I found if I put my thumb on the gear thing, (sorry, female word) I could press down a little and it would be OK. But the allegory shouted at me because they were gears. (I was really into gears because of the above gear vision the Lord had given me.) I kept thinking, “Lord, I have nothing to push against, they keep slipping.”
When I came home, I collapsed in front of the TV to see what my husband was watching. It was a science documentary about physics and the universe, of which I barely understood. However, I watched because it had a reoccurring picture of gears moving in a clock! Of course, each gear was a different size, and as one moved, another did, and so on. “Lord what are You trying to tell me? What is the allegory of my gears slipping?” I noticed the biggest gear had a pendulum kind of bar that had two pointers, one on each end. When the bar swung one way, the pointer would connect with the big gear, and push or move it forward one space. Then when the pendulum moved back, the pointer on the other end would catch another gear on another side. I said, “That’s what I need to get me moving!” — An anchor, a hook, a lever that would hold me in place… in other words HIS WORD CONFIRMED and driven in a sure strong place. It was a matter of timing. The reason my “gears” were slipping is that I still needed confirming, all within His timing of fulfilling His promises. He was telling me that if my ability to launch out and move was unstable, then I needed to wait for more confirmation until I had a secure foundation.
If you seek to plug into understanding God’s season, as related to the unity of patterns of believers around you, it is vital you experience His quickening and revelation power. Without them, your knowledge will be empty and you will become a false prophet unto yourself, following signs. When the Holy Spirit quickens your desired understanding, it is like a pool of water on a hot day. Soak it up and find refreshment. Call others to join you. They need understanding too!
PART TWO: RHEMA ABOUT BEING IN SYNCH
FITTING INTO THE FLOW OF THE SPIRIT 1/16/07
DREAM: I had a dream about learning to respect people’s boundaries or metrons in ministry. I was playing a duet on the piano with a pastor’s wife. She was playing the higher octaves and I was playing the lower ones. Someone came in on my side at the lower end of the keyboard and began playing too. It was not in rhythm or synch with what we were already playing. So we had to stop while I explained about learning how to function in our own areas of callings in God, and when we do so, it perfectly fits and flows with all that His Spirit is “playing” in His heavenly music.
1 Cor 14:29-33 NKJV
Let two or three prophets speak, and let the others judge. But if anything is revealed to another who sits by, let the first keep silent. For you can all prophesy one by one, that all may learn and all may be encouraged. And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets. For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints.

Let all things be done decently and in order.

RETURNING HOME TO MY WORD 6/17/07
VISION: I was flying overhead in a circle and came back to a starting point.
HEARD: Dove.
HEARD: Prophetic. Aligned and walking. In synch. House of bread. That’s where you belong. Quickened.
APPLICATION: After homing doves are sent forth, they return home and circle back from where they were sent. “Home” is alignment with God’s Word. Those who walk in God’s house of Bread are walking in synch according to His divine purposes within His corporate body, world wide.
John 17:20-23 NKJV
“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.

IN SYNCH, SET IN PLACE 1/11/08
VISION: I saw something like a Chinese marble game where there were little holes for the marbles to settle in to. The board was tilting and moving around so as to tip the marbles out of their place. The only ones that stayed put were ones that were settled into the spots of FAITH, HOPE AND LOVE. His purpose is to move all our wavering places and settle them into faith, hope love, so that they will remain. When we are in synch, we line up with God’s Word, the only thing that remains.
Heb 12:27-29 NKJV
Now this, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken , as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For our God is a consuming fire.
1 Cor 13:13-14:1
And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

CUTTING OFF WHAT DOES NOT ALIGN IN SYNCH 9/09/08
VISION: I saw the children’s hand game where they pantomimed in synching motions on ONE, TWO. And on the THREE they chose one of the 3 signs. They chose a pair of scissors which were to cut off something. They were cutting of that which was not in synch and in one accord with God’s Word.

Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
