FUNNY BLOOPER:  I love how God speaks to me through parables.  Sometimes parables come in the form of bloopers and typos.  Today I shared a fun parable about Cally our cat. I so enjoyed it, I was thinking about how wonderful it would be to be able to send special parables and stories like that every day!  Then I got an email response saying she had enjoyed the “Dailly” story. She meant to type Cally!   I realized her typo looked like daily and smiled at the confirmation.

 

WORD TO PONDER:  SHARE YOUR STORIES

Beloved ones, I have called you to disciple others through modeling in your own lives.  The best teacher is the one who gives living examples and shows My way through real life.   I send you forth as My living sermon, as people would rather see one than hear one.

“Jesus always used stories and illustrations like these when speaking to the crowds.  In fact, he never spoke to them without using such parables.  This fulfilled the prophecy that said, “I will speak to you in parables.  I will explain mysteries hidden since the creation of the world.” (Mt 13:34-35 NLT)
