WHEN YOU ARE SHAKEN
1/01/22 SIFTED THEN STRENGTHENED
Today I was thinking of having gone through a shaking and thought of the scripture Strengthen the brothers. Peter went through a time where he was given over to be sifted. The Lord said that afterwards he would strengthen the brethren.
CONFIRMATION ANOINTED HANDS: Less than an hour after thinking about that, I opened my Memorial journal at “random” and it was this scripture:
Luke 22:31-32 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: 32 But I have prayed for you, that your faith fail not: and when you have returned, strengthen your brethren.
WORD TO PONDER: WHEN YOU ARE SHAKEN 1/01/22
Beloved when you feel the ground beneath your personal life shake, it is to loosen your compacted soil so that I may uproot what does not belong. Yes I do allow shaking but it is not My desire that you are turned over to the enemy to be sifted. There are degrees of shaking and to the degree you hang onto what I have asked you to let go of, that shaking is allowed. Please remember the only reason I allow your life to be shaken is to remove what I have not planted in your foundations. I uproot tares and weeds and want your garden healthy, free from pests and producing thriving fruit. I want you healthy and free dear one!
Shaking may cause you to question everything in your life. Always remember when your life is shaking, I want you free and stable. I want what I have planted in your life to be solid and fruitful. Hang onto what you KNOW is My will, hang onto My Word and don’t let go. What I am shaking might be something as simple as a mindset, an opinion that is holding you back from where I am taking you. It may be a measure of substitute comfort. It may be source of provision or even your stuff. I never want to steal from you! I AM your loving heavenly Father Who gives GOOD gifts. Carefully separate Who I AM with your circumstances and understand correctly exactly what I desire for you, precious one.
Please trust Me and grant Me access to remove what you are leaning on that will not sustain you. My love for you is all consuming. I AM He Who upholds you with My right hand. I AM keeping you and sustaining you for My purposes. I want you to lean only upon Me. Release your grip and let Me set you free. Let your life be free of encumbrances. No more bondage, no more yokes. Break the restraints of your grip and let Me take what is weighing you down. I want your foundations that are rooted and grounded in Me to be solid, stable and level.
Hebrews 12:27-29 And this word, Yet once more, signifies the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. 28 Therefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: 29 For our God is a consuming fire.
Psalm 127:1 Unless the LORD builds the house, they labor in vain that build it: unless the LORD keeps the city, the watchman wakes, but in vain.
Matthew 13:30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather you together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
