5/20/21 WINGS OF FAITH AND LANDING IN A NEW PLACE

HEARD: Wings of faith.  Coming in for a landing.  You landed on your feet.  Feet first.  Planted solid.  Stable.  Standing.

Yes I carried you to a new place.  Happy place.  I’m proud of you.  It was a long flight, I know.  You trust Me.  You followed well.  Courage.  I am meeting you at your point of need.

WORD TO PONDER:  FREEDOM TO FLY  6/24/03

I have given you many flying lessons. A step at a time, I have carefully built within you a faith to soar.

What lessons?  Every time you called out to Me for help, you took flight.  Every time you trusted Me while you waited for the answer, you soared.  And every time I answered, you landed with your feet back on solid ground.  These little lessons started in simple matters with quick answers.  The stronger your wings of faith became, the longer you waited and soared.  Soon it did not matter whether your feet were planted or your feet were soaring.  Both were the same to you because you understood the Source of your stability.

It’s time to graduate, My love.  I have built within you a great gift to soar above it all.  You have before you an open door, it’s yours, dear one.  I will help you to walk through it and take flight.  I will carry you on the winds of My Spirit.  I have heard your bellows of freedom.  It rings in the heavens, it rings on earth.  Let the mighty of the Lord shout and say so, for the redeemed of the Lord are set free to soar.

“Sing, O heavens, for the LORD has done this wondrous thing. Shout, O earth! Break forth into song, O mountains and forests and every tree! For the LORD has redeemed Jacob and is glorified in Israel.”  (Isa44:23NLT)

5/21/21 CONFIRMATION

Every morning when I boot up my computer, a new Bing wallpaper automatically loads as my home screen.  This is a perk from moving to Windows 10.  I am really enjoying the nature photos.  I smiled so big when I saw this one today!  Such big wings, and look at their feet!  They look like they are dancing on the water.  I realized with their wings outspread, they must have just landed.

Landed

Last night I was thinking about all the things that have changed for me since March of this year, when He moved me to a new place.  I had the sudden realization I had to let go of the old in order to gain the new.  It was quite a revelation.  This morning I listed over 36 things that have changed since then.  Many of the changes are major ones.  It takes time and effort to adjust to new things/ ways of doing things.  As long as one is not in a hurry, the efforts are an enjoyable challenge to tackle.  The rewards are worth it.
