[I was so tired I fell asleep at 8:30 then woke up at midnight realizing I didn’t take my bed meds. I got up to spend time with Him since I was so awake.]
OK Lord I am being still and knowing You are God. Wow the house is so quiet.

Yes Lord I am here because I choose You and not out of duty. I want to be Your friend. I want to spend time with You.

THE MIND OF CHRIST – HOW DO YOU THINK?
A new way of looking at things. Perspective. Your energy. Trauma. Solution: Expect My goodness to prevail. When you have a day like that, ask yourself, Why am I tired? What are you expecting? Hope is a powerful medicine.
Thursday I had an all out low crash. Thursday is my Enbrel shot day and it usually runs out for the week sometime on Wed/ or Thurs. I could physically feel a level of fatigue and exhaustion but was much deeper than RA fatigue after the Enbrel leaves my system. I just didn’t want to go on, didn’t feel like I could take another step in life until I got rest. I did the gamut, took my shot, a Tylenol, Aleve and even a rare Flexeril and slept til 9 AM, feeling so much better!! Man that was a tough one, don’t want to repeat that day again. Me emotions were a mess too.
What you see is what you get. Hope is not what you see. Hope is an invisible substance like faith.
Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Hope is in front of you, not behind you. I had the impression of a horse pulling a wagon and he had a carrot dangling in front of him. Hope draws you in the right direction. When I heard that, the word draw leaped out at me as important. Hope is the carrot in front of you.
I thought of how our past does not define our future. It doesn’t matter how long someone has waited. What matters is what is in front of us.
Your hope is in Me and My Word. Hope is a powerful medicine, an anecdote to trauma.
Trauma comes from our past, which has passed. I was wondering if hope or the lack of hope affects our health. I felt that it actually does. Then the Lord brought this scripture to me:
Proverbs 13:12 Hope deferred makes the heart sick: but when the desire is fulfilled, it is a tree of life.
Encourage you. A brace yourself moment. I am maturing you. How to see My perspective.
I remembered the scripture Hope thou in God. To me, that means hoping in WHO He is, and His heart towards me.
Psalm 42:11 Why are you cast down, O my soul? and why are you disturbed within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
What hope does for your soul. As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. Its who you become sweet one. An alignment of your soul with My heart for you.
Yes Lord I ask that You help align my soul to what Your heart is for me.
Thank you for permission. I shall turn you.
Lord when You turn me, please help me stay in that position.
Alignment is simple sweet one. It’s a choice. Do you believe in My goodness? ALL things.
Romans 8:28-30 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. 29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
Yes Lord I believe because I know Who You are.
WHO DO YOU SAY I AM? 7/23/07
When I labored and created the earth, I looked over everything that I made and saw that it was very GOOD. I also gave gifts of creativity so that mankind could understand that what is created comes out of the heart of the person creating. The creation is a message that in some way represents the person behind it. What I created was GOOD, because I AM GOOD.
Live in such a way that men will see your GOOD works and glorify Me, for a GOOD man will bring forth GOOD things from the GOOD treasure stored in his heart. When I walked the earth, I went about doing GOOD and healing all who were oppressed by the devil. I give GOOD gifts to My children and I do not change; I AM GOOD. Every GOOD and perfect gift comes from Me. I AM and always will be, the GOOD Shepherd.
Remove your focus off the devil. Overcome evil with GOOD. Abhor evil and cling to GOOD. Never repay evil with evil. But instead pursue GOOD. If you want to see GOOD days, refrain from speaking evil. Turn away from evil and do GOOD. Beloved, all in the world is very simple. You have only 2 choices – GOOD or evil, coming from the kingdoms of light or darkness. You need to make your choice and stick to it until the end, knowing Who I AM and Who keeps you. Separate and discern what you are listening to. You need to separate the mixture and choose the GOOD part. A GOOD report makes My body healthy for I know the plans I have for you, to give you a future and a hope.

Then Moses said to the LORD, “See, You say to me, ‘Bring up this people.’ But You have not let me know whom You will send with me. Yet You have said, ‘I know you by name, and you have also found grace in My sight.’ 13 Now therefore, I pray, if I have found grace in Your sight, show me now Your way, that I may know You and that I may find grace in Your sight… 18 And he said, “Please, show me Your glory.” 19 Then He said, “I will make all My GOODness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before you. … 34:5 Now the LORD descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD. 6 And the LORD passed before him and proclaimed, “The LORD, the LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abounding in GOODness and truth, 7 keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children and the children’s children to the third and the fourth generation.”
The moment of truth. I saw an angel peeking around a standup mirror and peeking at me. I was standing in front of the mirror. Profound. Yes He is! We all think so. What a blessing to sit at His feet with you.
Immediately the Lord brought back the memory of what I heard above: “A brace yourself moment. I am maturing you. How to see My perspective.”
I realized that when I heard brace yourself, I WINCED and I laughed. I didn’t know what was coming and it is hard to look in the mirror! On the sober side, I realized I winced because I thought I was going to hear something bad… the opposite of GOOD. Therein proves His point of this message!
2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
WORD TO PONDER: THE POWER OF HOPE 9/20/20
Dear one I am working on the way you think. You asked for the mind of Christ, and so I am teaching you how to align your thinking to how I think. It is a process of offering up to Me what is not true and not good. When you have a low day, consider how you think. What exactly are you expecting? It is good or bad?
As you align your expectations towards Me and what I say, you will find faith and hope towards a better future. I am your Good Father and I bring everything together for good in your life. Hope draws your heart and soul to reach beyond your current circumstances. Hope will keep you going in the right direction.
Hope is good medicine for your soul and for your health. In areas where you have suffered trauma, allow My hope to wash it away. Your past is past and is not your future. What do you want to become dear one? Remember that what you think is what you become. Remove the limitations in how you think and you will see not only your mind transformed, but your life.
Ephesians 1:18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what is the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.
ADDENDUM: SELF IMPOSED LIMITATIONS AND THE MIND OF CHRIST
Last fall the Lord told me to print out my year’s rhema and study it. It was a blessing at first to treat it like school work, take notes in the margins, highlight and doodle. I enjoyed that. But then He told me to continue. It has been very hard for me to do this because I wasn’t finding anything that kindled in those moments.
He finally had mercy on me this week where He opened my eyes to see His perspective to what He said to me all year. Wow. We have just begun the new year 5781 and instead of studying this last season I was cutting and pasting some things for my memorial journal and I started seeing how much had come to pass. One of the themes last fall for this year was CHANGE. Well it definitely was a year of change. But as I got into the Words, I saw how He was working on ME to change.
I had asked Him to help me overcome self-imposed limitations that keep me from having the connection with Him that I crave on a daily basis. I read so many entries with the perspective of that prayer request and I could see He was working on those things all year! Wow what a difference perspective makes. I needed to see the long range goal in order to appreciate He was answering that prayer. One of the songs He repeated in my mind this year was He was There All the Time. Truly He had purpose for every Word, I just didn’t realize it.
One of the things He has been focusing on this month is the mind of Christ. I prayed repeatedly to have the mind of Christ since I was very young. I always wondered if that is why I hear His thoughts because of praying that so often. But right now I am also seeing that it has to do with changing how we think.
2/06/20 BRAIN HEALTH –FLEXIBILITY
I remembered Bob Jones used to say he showed up for meetings with an empty head so the Lord could have His way.
No preconceived ideas. Brain health, the mind of Christ. See the patterns, see how they connect. Many crossroads. I saw inside a brain with all the neurons and dendrites going in different directions. Going full circle all the way back to the beginning when you first started with Me.
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

3/13/08 BUTTERFLIES TRANSFORMED THINKING
I saw a beautiful lady who had thick, glistening dark brown hair down to her waist. She had a very large butterfly appear on the top of her head, it looked like a delicate, beautiful and lacey hair ornament, sitting upon her like a large hat. The butterfly was a shimmering brown, yet iridescent and transparent color, and it appeared lacey and very delicate. Then I saw the butterfly gently lift off and fly away, and another butterfly appeared on top of her head.
Her hair was shedding layer upon layer of these butterflies. It did not appear that she was losing hair or that it was getting any thinner. But somehow the layers were making butterflies. It was something very beautiful that she was yielding up to the Lord and I knew it was something very precious and sacrificial. As I was watching these butterflies be offered up to the Lord, it was imparted to me that the Lord was somehow using these transformed butterflies as a secret weapon, in their gentleness and beauty and sacrifice.
I asked the beautiful lady when her hair was all done shedding the layers, how long it would take for it to grow that long again and she said, “Oh years!” It truly was a beautiful sacrifice to the Lord.
Sacrifices. What you gave to Me. The message is on your head. Hidden. Earphones.
