11/15/25 THE DOOR OF FAITH
HEARD: My precious one. You shall be satisfied. Watching at My doors. [I am reminded of how our feral kitty sits and waits for me to come feed her at the door. It is so precious.] I will never turn you away. The door of faith.
Proverbs 8:34-35 Blessed is the man that hears me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. 35 For whosoever finds me finds life, and shall obtain favor of the LORD.
I was reminded that in Eph 6:16 in the Greek, the shield of faith was literally the size and shape of a door that someone could stand behind for protection. The word shield comes from a word meaning a door, a porthole, an entrance. [Strongs #2375 from #2374.]
Ephesians 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, with which you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
I wondered if there was the phrase “a door of faith” in scripture and was surprised to see it recorded one time:
Acts 14:27 And when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they reported all that God had done with them, and how he had opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles.
John 10:9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
Revelation 3:8 I know your works: behold, I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it: for you have a little strength, and have kept my word, and have not denied my name.
WORD TO PONDER: THE DOOR OF FAITH 11/15/25
Dear ones, when you wait at My door, remember that My door is the door of faith. Your faith is important. If you waver that I hear and answer, you are not in faith. I am not able to connect with your heart when you are not in faith. Let nothing come between us dear one. I want you to come to Me without any walls or entrapping’s. Lay everything down at My feet, seek My forgiveness, my mercy and My love.
My love for you is so much bigger than what you believe. You are the apple of My eye, the very center of My attention and My most important priority. Dear heart, please anticipate that I am hearing you and will respond. Know that My Word is true. He who comes to Me, I will in no wise cast out. Let faith arise. As often as you turn your heart to Me, the veils are taken away. Again I say, Let your faith arise and meet Me at the door of faith.
John 6:37 All that the Father gives me shall come to me; and he that comes to me I will in no wise cast out.
2 Corinthians 3:16 Nevertheless when one shall turn to the Lord, the veil shall be taken away.
Revelation 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that hears say, Come. And let him that is thirsty come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
