A SEASON OF LIFTING
Praise the Lord, I noticed a theme in June about being lifted up.
6/19/23 A SEASON OF LIFTING
HEARD: Pressing through. A season of lifting. Upheld and sustained.
We are climbing higher to soar on the Up winds. Access by faith. Up, Up, Up.
- Winds of Your Spirit, breathe upon us Lord,
- Lift us through prayer support.
- Encourage our souls.
- Encourage our faith.
- Encourage our hope.
- Lift us up from despair and the pits.
- Let not the valley of death cast its shadow.
- Bring kindness to heal wounded souls.
Psalm 30:1-3 I will extol you, O LORD; for you have lifted me up, and have not made my foes to rejoice over me. 2 O LORD my God, I cried unto you, and you have healed me. 3 O LORD, you have brought up my soul from the grave: you have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.
6/23/23 LIFTED UP AND CARRIED TO A NEW PLACE
I saw that I had drawn a box on my journal paper and its label said Boundaries. Then I had a vision where Wayne and I were in the van driving along the edge of a high fortress of some type, way up in the sky. The turns were tight and there were no brakes in the car. We leaned into the curves and took them OK but on the last one we flew off the edge (boundaries) into the sky. We were flying as high as the mountains and could see a little town in a valley below. We were headed towards that, and just letting the car glide its course. We did not have the power to take ourselves to the town but we had peace the Lord was with us wherever we landed. As we noted His peace and sovereignty, suddenly we felt the car being supernaturally lifted and compelled forward to the town. I knew we were being carried and would make it safely to the town and a new place. The little town was tucked at the base of some mountains and looked cozy, rural and safe. When I awoke I heard, Transition.
6/08/23 GLIDE
Help you find your wings.
Thank You Lord. I choose to wait upon the You knowing You will renew my strength. When an eagle soars, the currents lifts him up. He spreads his wings, is carried and glides without struggle.
CONFIRMATION: I turned to “Greater intimacy, less labors.”
WORD TO PONDER: STRENGTH TO RISE 6/19/23
In a time when the enemy has been wearing out the saints, My people have come to the end of their own strength and learned to depend upon Me. Having been spent in the strivings of life, they have learned to wait upon Me to renew their strength.
I have heard your cries dear hearts! In your weakness, I have promised you power and strength. In your body, your mind, your emotions, and your spirit – My strength shall hasten to spring up, lifting you out of your weary condition. You shall mount up and ascend on the winds of My Spirit as I breathe new life into you. I will lift you up and remove all weariness off you. In the process you shall find I have lifted you and brought you to a new place in Me. You shall walk and even run without being tired. This is your reward for having waited patiently at My feet, trusting Me as your only Source. It shall be done precious child. I AM and always will be, your hope.
Isaiah 40:28-31 Have you not known? have you not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, faints not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. 29 He gives power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increases strength. 30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: 31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
