Activation: Minister via Decree
ACTIVATION: LEARNING MINISTER VIA DECREE
The Lord is leading His children to mature into ruling and reigning over their circumstances. This activation is about using bold decrees, proclamations and announcements into the spiritual realm in order to advance His kingdom purposes in our lives. Decrees can be used in ministering to people’s prayer requests, prophesying and warring against the demonic.
Ps 115:16 NKJV The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord’s; But the earth He has given to the children of men.
I actually had the Lord ask me to make decrees over issues. I saw an angel writing my decrees down as I spoke them, and I heard encouragements to continue and I also heard instruction when my decrees were not quite correct. I have been amazed at His specifics regarding His encouragement for me to move into this realm of authority, which is beyond prayer. This is an advancement beyond prayer requests. It is actually a form of taking authority over the spirit realm from whence all things issue.
SYNONYMS TO THE WORD DECREE
Decree, announce, declare, proclaim, command, issue, send, state, assert, broadcast, let it be made known, publicize, show forth, foretell, release.
TIPS ON HOW TO MINISTER VIA DECREE:
1. Decree scripture
2. Rule by Honoring free will
3. Take authority only to the limits of your own faith in delegated influence. (Don’t address principalities, don’t conquer the world, etc.)
4. Proclaim good news. Overcome evil with GOOD.
EXAMPLE OF PRAYER REQUEST DECREE:
Lord I thank You for (name). May she find the path You have chosen for her. May it become clear and evident in Jesus Name. (Name) I decree your feet shall be sure, and heart shall be steady as You walk in God’s peace that passes all understanding. I call forth the Word of God to make your direction clearly manifest. May you be given grace and faith to receive it when it comes in Jesus Name.
Psalms 25:4 Show me your ways, O LORD; teach me your paths.
EXAMPLE OF PROPHESY DECREE:
Lord I thank You for (name) and am encouraged by Your Word over her. (Name), I sense in my spirit that the Lord is declaring this over you today. I shall restore your losses! Stand and advance. Keep your eyes on Me and follow through on what I say for you to do.
(Name) I decree in the spirituals this day that your losses will be restored as you keep your focus on the Lord and obey His Word. Hallelujah!
Psalms 51:12 Restore unto me the joy of your salvation; and uphold me with a free spirit.
EXAMPLE OF WARFARE DECREE:
Lord I thank You for (name) and ask that You will bless her. (Name) I decree that you shall overcome by the blood of Jesus Christ. I proclaim greater is He that lives within you, than He that lives in the world. I know Whom you believe in and I am persuaded that He is able to keep all that you have committed into His care.
2 Timothy 1:12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.
