HEARD AND SAW:
As assignment. I saw a red car in front of me start to swerve and it caused me to slam on my brakes. It was a warning for me not to travel so close.
In the vision when I saw how close the red car was in front of me I knew the fact it was red was a warning. When I drive, I always like to keep plenty of distance between me and the car in front so I have time to stop or slow down and stay safe. This is about keeping safe boundaries. In this case the car in front of me was not driving a straight line, but wavering. We need to give others enough space so that we are not caught unaware when their decisions might affect our own.
I was reminded of a past Word where I was wavering about a disturbing church issue where their focus was more on the devil than the Lord. I had been watching Candid Camera, and there was a convertible car that pulled up behind a garbage dump truck. He was way too close to the truck and the roof to the car was off. The dump truck was faulty and suddenly dumped all its garbage onto the man in the car! As I was seeking the Lord about my situation, I got a picture of that scene and He said, “You are following too close!”
Then the Lord took me through a parable and I got His message loud and clear! I went to a prayer meeting and parked the car next to a garbage can because the lot was full. When I came out after the meeting and opened my car door, the car swarmed with gnats!! Bob Jones says that gnats, mosquitoes and fruit flies are the tormentors and they represent demons. I looked at all those flies swarming the car and realized the garbage can lid was slightly ajar. I immediately I saw the connection: “Don’t park too close to the garbage!!! Keep your distance.”
WORD TO PONDER: COVER THE GARBAGE 6/07/05
When I call you to be a watchman, it is for the purpose of praying over matters which alarm and concern you. I expose and bring you these issues because I desire you to keep your watch by way of prayer. These issues are not for you to speak to others about, or spread gossip or division among the ranks. They are only exposed for you to cover in prayer.
Loved ones, if you are being swarmed with demonic backlash to the point you have lost your own resting place in Me, then you are following issues too closely. Take one step back, and return your focus to Me, and not man; to Me and not the demonic.
Listen and pray, watch and pray. You are sent to protect those you love, but you must also protect yourself. Cover the offense that defiles and smells. Leave it behind you. Retreat to a safe distance so that our sweet smelling intimacy with one another is not disturbed. Continue to watch and pray and serve Me well.

You shall have a place also outside the camp to which you shall go [as a comfort station]; And you shall have a paddle or shovel among your weapons, and when you sit down outside [to relieve yourself], you shall dig a hole with it and turn back and cover up what has come from you. For the Lord your God walks in the midst of your camp to deliver you and to give up your enemies before you. Therefore shall your camp be holy, that He may see nothing indecent among you and turn away from you.
