GETTING BACK ON TRACK

3/11/21  GETTING BACK ON TRACK

HEARD:  Agenda.  Focus.  Keep it simple One thing at a time. You will accomplish a lot that way. Set aside blocks of time.  Jot them down.  Check them off.

Yesterday I pondered what I had accomplished in covid 2020, which was gaining weight, becoming slothful, not moving physically.  Emotionally I became traumatized into survival mode with covid masks, Anna’s miserable quarantine and finally the election.  I went downhill and this affected even my times with the Lord.

WONDERFUL CONFIRMATION: WALK AWAY FROM THE BRICKS OF YESTERDAY

Liana reposted this one of my Words to Ponders today and it emphasized my need for balance and getting free again.

WALK AWAY FROM THE BRICKS OF YESTERDAY

You are being released from the taskmasters who have laid many bricks upon your shoulders, your time, your emotions, your performance, your soul. Beloved walk away. You are on the road marked FREE. Follow My voice and find your way out. Find balance. Walk away from the heavy burden and grant yourself a balanced life where you experience a variety away from the hopeless posture of building bricks for the taskmaster.

I have given you a new heart, one that can feel again. Your heart is tender and compassionate, having gone through the school of suffering. Now enjoy each moment, here a tear, there a smile. Walk, and laugh and enjoy your journey towards health. Find health every day.

Matt 23:4-5 NKJV
For they bind heavy burdens , hard to bear, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.

Ex 10:3-4 NKJV
So Moses and Aaron came in to Pharaoh and said to him, “Thus says the LORD God of the Hebrews’How long will you refuse to humble yourself before Me? Let My people go, that they may serve Me.

1 John 5:3-5 NKJV
For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome . For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world — our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

When I read the Word to Ponder, I pondered this:

Who or what are the taskmasters?

  • Mindsets that demand us to stay locked into harmful patterns
  • Non helpful habits
  • People’s expectations
  • The world’s value system
  • Priorities that are not God’s
  • Figure out what IS the taskmaster and then think of ANOTHER way to dissolve such.  Pray for creative ways out.

This morning I have spent about 4 hours so far making 3 lists.  What I can literally do to help me to grow/ change/ improve/ lessen the burdens/ lighten the load/ simplify.  I made a decision that if I want to feel better there are things I need to do every day to help reestablish what is important to me. Today the Lord helped me see all that and get back on track.  I pondered the following 3 areas of my life that need to get healthy.  Here is the brief outline.

  • Spiritual health
  • Physical health
  • Inner soul health

Spiritual health:

  • Pray, bind and loose
  • Thanksgiving and worship
  • Tongues
  • Listen
  • Record
  • Type
  • Study, search
  • Ponder, apply
  • Highlight the main points, bullets
  • Share what is quickened

Physical health

  • Count carbs
  • Move, walk
  • Take vitamins, herbs, meds
  • Don’t stop trying

Soul health

  • Make lists and check off
  • Create
  • Make simple goals
  • Purge the house and stuff
  • Organize
  • Simplify life

WORD TO PONDER:  GETTING BACK ON TRACK 3/11/21

Precious child, when you feel like your life has gotten off track of where you want to be, simply pray and ask Me to help you get your new start.  I will send My Word to deliver you.  I will give you the inspiration, guidance and wisdom to identify what you can do to move forward in the right direction.  Some of this is doing, some of this is being.  Write down your priorities.  Set your focus and blocks of time, and then check off what you accomplish.  You will find that your life is moving forward once again.

Psalm 107:19-20 Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saves them out of their distresses. 20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
