Jesus the Door to the Supernatural

JESUS IS OUR DOOR TO FELLOWSHIP INTO THE SUPERNATURAL

Jesus IS the DOOR so we can go in and out and have fellowship IN HIM. This is a 2 way reciprocation when He knocks on doors into our lives and we open up to Him and He comes in to us. We are promised green pasture and good eats.

John 10:9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears my voice, and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will eat with him, and he with me.

John 10:2-4 But he that enters in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 To him the gatekeeper opens; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calls his own sheep by name, and leads them out. 4 And when he puts forth his own sheep, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

TAKE NO SHORTCUTS INTO THE SUPERNATURAL

As I was doing errands I heard the Lord say, “THERE ARE NO SHORT CUTS.” We are living in a time where people’s appetites to know and experience the supernatural are rapidly growing. There are no short cuts to learning about these doors. We need to renounce all participation in the supernatural that does not come through Jesus Christ.

Jesus said there is ONLY ONE DOOR TO THE FATHER, and that is through Jesus Himself. Any media (movies, books, entertainment) or person that does not lift up Jesus as God’s only way into His supernatural truth has missed the mark.

John 10:1-4 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that enters not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. 2 But he that enters in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 To him the gatekeeper opens; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calls his own sheep by name, and leads them out. 4 And when he puts forth his own sheep, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

HIS HOLY SPIRIT GUIDES US TO TRUTH

Those that believe that Jesus is the Son of God have been given the Holy Spirit which guides us to truth. And the Holy Spirit always points to Jesus as our door to enter into knowing God’s voice.

John 14:6 Jesus said unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes unto the Father, but by me.

John 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees him not, neither knows him: but you know him; for he dwells with you, and shall be in you.

John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he shall testify of me:

John 16:13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.

John 17:17 Sanctify them through your truth: your word is truth.

When we are seeking to be taught and learn things, sometimes we forget that the Holy Spirit wants to have fellowship with us in everything we do. We do not want our lives to operate independently from fellowship with Him. When we are reading a book, or watching a movie or listening to someone share, we need to always ask, “Would Jesus read this book, play this game, watch this movie, or listen to this person?” Ask yourself, “Am I feeling the Presence of the Lord as I am participating in this? Do I feel He has withdrawn? Do I have His peace right now?”

We should never separate learning and entertainment from having fellowship with the Lord. He wants to abide with us and us to abide and cling to Him in everything we do. This doesn’t mean we keep our eyes shut to what is going around us as we can learn Wisdom through observation. However there is only one Truth, one Source of Truth and one door to Truth. Jesus is the ONLY way to get to the Father, and His truth through His Word and His Spirit guides us there. Truth is not something learned through education. Knowledge helps, but it cannot be independent from the Holy Spirit… otherwise it is eating from the wrong tree.

Genesis 2:16-17 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat: 17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat of it: for in the day that you eat thereof you shall surely die.

WORD TO PONDER: THERE ARE NO SHORT CUTS INTO MY SUPERNATURAL

Beloved children, let go of the mixture in your lives. I allow no shortcuts in finding the doors into My supernatural experiences. As you repent and lay these activities down, I forgive you. You are very loved and I want to abide in you and with you. I promised to redeem everything together for good in your life as you bring them to Me and allow Me to do so. This is an important lesson to never separate My Presence from your life. As you soak in My Presence, I will draw you closer and closer in fellowship. I long for you even as you search for Me. There are no short cuts, I AM and always will be your Door. Through Me, you have direct access to My hidden mysteries and the joys of a supernatural life. You are highly favored dear one and you only have to ask.”

Psalms 91:14-15 Because he has set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he has known my name. 15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honor him.
