11/06/21 LEARN TO REST WHEN YOU NEED TO REST

I had to go to bed right after lunch. After lunch and after walking, my BP is 119/62 and it makes me feel like the life is ebbing out of me. I found out that if you don’t get enough liquids, it causes your BP to drop. I am also going to cut my BP med in half for a few days and see if that helps.

HEARD: Rest now and don’t quit.

Lord I am super weak today. I ask that You will strengthen me, comfort me and talk to me, and if I had to choose – (I didn’t get to finish the sentence and heard):

How about all three?

Some days are low energy beloved. Are you depressed? [No Lord I am not depressed.] That’s good. Rest and abide in Me. I saw one of my factories in the Township game with zzzzzzzzzzzzz which meant it wasn’t producing anything, just resting.

CONFIRMATION: I clicked on my Word to Ponder website an this one popped up at random. Since March of this year, the Lord has been emphasizing my learning how to balance my life and time in how I invest into my body, soul, and spirit.

FROM WORD TO PONDER WEBSITE: BALANCE WORK AND PLAY

Many have been suffering log jam for years. Pressing through tasks that are backed up for miles, they have endeavored to move forward through the pile, only to get overloaded and then have to dump and reset all to start over.

Try changing your priorities and endeavor to bring balance to your lives through work and play. Find ways to refresh your soul, body and spirit that are away from the log jam. You will find that in the passing of time, some of what you have endeavored to press through is no longer important because the course has changed. Keep the best part and focus on bringing it to completion before building more.

Eccl 1:14 NKJV
And I set my heart to seek and search out by wisdom concerning all that is done under heaven; this burdensome task God has given to the sons of man, by which they may be exercised . I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and indeed, all is vanity and grasping for the wind.

WORD TO PONDER: LEARN TO BALANCE YOUR LIFE WISELY 11/06/21

Dear ones, I have been focusing on helping bring your life into a better balance. All work and no play brings burn out. Running a marathon in what you produce also brings burn out. How many times have you spent yourself until there is nothing left? And how long did it take to recover? For many years your stress level was too high and now you face fragile areas in your life. I am teaching you how to walk and not run dear one. It is called wisdom. I have not asked you to quit or stop, I am simply teaching you how to take care of yourself by balancing your load. This will bring longevity, pleasure in your days and a sense of satisfaction in what you do.

Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
