THE LEANING LION

12/27/25 THE LEANING LION

I saw that I was standing up and this massive lion leaned into me to lay down. The height of his back was at my chest and so the impact of his weight leaning into me made me lean and lay down with Him! I literally experienced this feeling of His weight leaning into me as we laid down together! It reminded me of watching so many kitty videos where cats lean into one another and /or to their humans to express affection and warmth.

INTO REMEMBRANCE: THE LORD’S RESTING PLACE IN MAN

The Holy Spirit brought back the memory of what He told Paul Cain:

PAUL CAIN’S TESTIMONY: THE LORD’S HOME IN MAN

One night Paul kept saying oh Lord I am so tired, Just let me rest. He awoke with the Lord putting His finger on Paul’s chest. The Lord said, I didn’t save you to take you home to heaven. You speak of rest. What about Me? I cant rest until I find My home in man. He said I have moved through many, but I have rested in few.

He told Paul, I have not rested in you for 38 years. It was very heartbreaking to Paul but after that he slept deeply that night and awoke trembling and broken under the Lord’s Word. That night of meetings was amazing breakthroughs.

Paul used to seek the Lord all the time when he was a youth. For several years he said he stayed shut in and around the clock, no visiting with people. In younger years (19/20 years) when he was totally locked up and waiting, he had been accused a mystic and so he just wanted to be normal. The Lord made me normal for a while and it was boring. So then Paul started praying the Lord make him abnormal again. He said it is better to be abnormal, better to be a mystic and be different. Because if a mystic means you see the invisible, hear the inaudible and feel the intangible, then I want to be a mystic.

In those following 38 years he lost his intimacy with the Lord because he began to socialize and observing others with proven ministries were enjoying this he wasn’t enjoying. For instance, he never went sightseeing, shopping, fishing. He said the disciples said they gave up everything to follow the Lord, that’s what they complained about. They left all to follow Jesus. He said it was like Katheryn Kulman said, It will cost you everything. He said the gifts weren’t something he earned by his being shut in. He said my life would be quite boring but the intimacy with the Lord paid enormous dividends through touching people.

2/14/23 FIND HIM IN STILLNESS

[Lord I miss hearing from You!] In the secret place. I will reach you. Stillness is the key. Just Me. I heard the song, In the secret, in the quiet place. In The Stillness You Are There.

Distraction seeks you. Put it aside. I will help you. Keep your focus on Me. What I want. [Lord are You wanting me to back to bed to hear You?]I will meet you there.

Return to your resting place sweet one. I am here, mellow out. I saw the action of peeking under my covers to enter my secret quiet place in bed. You and Me beloved. No one else.

Please be still. My bride. The one who seeks Me above all else. Abide Beloved. It’s what I desire. To spend time with my bride every day. Quality time.

Isa30:15For thus says the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall you be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: but you would not.

WORD TO PONDER: A QUIET PLACE (1985)

I miss you. I miss our times together. Set aside all that concerns you and come to Me and I will give you rest. I created you for fellowship and when you are so busy, it grieves Me when we have so little time together. Our passing moments are precious to Me, but sometimes we just need to sit down and talk to one another longer than a moment. Give Me that time and you will not regret it. Together we will whisper secrets and commune in tender wooing. I have things on My mind and I AM waiting for the right time to tell you. I AM waiting for you.

“For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength…” (Isa 30:15)

Ps23:2-3He makes me to lie down in green pastures: he leads me beside the still waters. 3 He restores my soul: he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

WORD TO PONDER: RETURN TO YOUR RESTING PLACE 5/19/05

Are you desperate to hear Me, My love? It is only as your heart, body, soul and spirit are at rest that you will be able to find that deep place of peace to connect with Me. It is there when all striving is set aside and all is still that you know without a doubt that I have spoken.

When confusion comes, return to your last Word which was the most prominent and anchored with confirmation. Then you will be able to stand and say, “God said.” You will be able to hang on without doubt and without wavering. My Words are your resting place. I AM your resting place. Return to Me, dear one. If you can not find Me where you are, then remember where you last found Me. Return and we will move forward together into a new place and seasoned with great grace.

“The LORD preserves the simple; I was brought low, and He saved me. Return to your rest, O my soul, For the LORD has dealt bountifully with you. For You have delivered my soul from death, My eyes from tears, And my feet from falling. I will walk before the LORD In the land of the living.” (Ps 116:6-9NKJV)
