11/12/21 WALKING OUT YOUR FAITH

HEARD AND SAW

Faith goes through a process. Do you remember? I saw a wooden frame that looked like a form to pour concrete into. I saw there were different squares, each filled with substance. Some squares were not set yet and looked semitransparent. The first square was firmly set and appeared just like concrete that was ready to walk upon.

Hebrews 11:1-3 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the elders obtained approval. 3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

SETTING YOU LIKE CONCRETE

Story from The Quickened Word

I heard the Lord say, I am maturing you quickly. Setting you like concrete. Then I remembered that someone at home group saw my feet planted in concrete and said my feet would become set and stable and that there would be no foot mold quite like mine.

As I waited upon the Lord about this I turned with anointed hands (at random) in my Bible to this scripture: Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God;” (2 Cor 1:21) I wondered what the word, “Stablisheth” meant in the Greek and looked it up. Wow it means to confirm the foot! (Strongs Concordance # 950)

WORD TO PONDER: I WILL ESTABLISH YOU

Beloved, even though you feel unstable and insecure, I want you to know I will set your life like concrete. I will plant your feet firmly so that you will be strong and be able to stand. Your walk in Me will become firmly steadfast and sure. How? It is My way to confirm all truth by two or three witnesses. I shall confirm that you are following Me by sending you personal and timely confirmations, exactly as you need them. Do not fear Beloved, I AM the One Who establishes you. It is My promise.

2 Cor 1:21 AMP

But it is God Who confirms and makes us steadfast and establishes us [in joint fellowship] with you in Christ, and has consecrated and anointed us [enduing us with the gifts of the Holy Spirit].

WORD TO PONDER WALKING OUT YOUR FAITH 11/12/21

Beloveds, sometimes I bring you through changes that turn your life in a different direction. Always remember to make your changes with the faith I have already established within you. Check My Words and consider them through a different perspective. Do they line up with this change? Sometimes life sends you a curve ball and you need to discern the source and what to do with it. Do you make a change, do you hit the ball back, do you duck and hide? Smiles precious hearts, yes when unexpected changes come your way it can be unsettling.

Once again, check your faith barometer. Is the change your best choice, a good choice or just a compromised safe choice? The faith I AM establishing in you comes through hearing My Word and trusting Me to give you understanding and wisdom. I want your faith to match your walk. My Words provide a framework for your faith. The substance is your inner assurance of hope in My Words and purpose for your life. Walking out your faith takes time to establish and cure. Let time take its course and you will find that what was not yet settled will become a solid support for your walk on the path I have set for you.
