Overcoming Insecurity

Today I was fussing AGAIN over my insecurities about going to a meeting tonight. I just prayed, Lord what do You want me to tell them? Immediately I head back, Tell them I sent you!”

At the EXACT moment I finished typing the above, my reminder calendar program popped onto my screen. It was a reminder for the meeting tonight! As I was sitting there laughing and stunned at the confirmation of His precious Word to Me, Wayne says, “What time is you meeting tonight?” I told him, and he asks, “Did you double check that it is happening!!!” I would say that I got a definite DOUBLE check that it is happening tonight!

As I was rejoicing over the Lord’s loving care and patience with me, I heard Him say, “I will go with you.” (I feel SO loved and cared for.) :o)

Hebrews 11:8 By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should later receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing where he went.

WORD TO PONDER: LEARN TO SPEAK CONFIDENTLY UNDER MY INFLUENCE 

I want to bring you into greater confidence when speaking My Word. I have heard your prayers that you want to be led by My voice and spiritual gifts. Beloved one, I will fill your mouth and teach you what you are to say. Be willing to stretch your borders and release what comes from My promptings and I will fill your mouth. My gifts of wisdom and counsel come under inspiration and you shall experience the assurance of the witness of My Spirit at the time you share. Once you speak My Word, resist doubt and stand that angels go forth to help it prosper and bear fruit.

Ex 4:11-12NKJV

So the LORD said to him,” Who has made man’s mouth? Or who makes the mute, the deaf, the seeing, or the blind? Have not I, the LORD? Now therefore, go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall say.”
