ANGELS SALUTING YOU WITH PEACE

6/22/23 ANGELS SALUTING YOU WITH PEACE

HEARD AND SAW: The angels listen. They are ready. Salute. I saw the movement of angels standing straight at attention. An army at your command. They are ready when you are.

Psalm 103:20 Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

6/26/23 WORD STUDY SALUTE – TO SETTLE IN WITH HIS PEACEFUL REST

Today I was reading in Anna’s Bible which is KJV and the word salute got my attention. For many years I have seen the motion of the salute of angels when they suddenly come to me. They stand at attention and put their right hand up to their head in a salute. The internet says a salute is usually a formal hand gesture or other action used to display respect in military situations.

Matthew 10:11-13 KJV And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, inquire who in it is worthy; and there abide till ye go thence. 12 And when ye come into an house, salute it. 13 And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.

SALUTE

Strong’s Greek Dictionary

ἀσπάζομαι aspazomai (aspázomai)

Search for G782 in KJVSL; in KJV; load in ESI.

ἀσπάζομαι aspázomai, as-pad’-zom-ahee

from G1 (as a particle of union) and a presumed form of G4685; to enfold in the arms, i.e. (by implication) to salute, (figuratively) to welcome:—embrace, greet, salute, take leave.

PEACE

Strong’s Greek Dictionary

εἰρήνη eirene (eirḗnē)

Search for G1515 in KJVSL; in KJV; load in ESI.

εἰρήνη eirḗnē, i-ray’-nay

probably from a primary verb εἴρω eírō (to join); peace (literally or figuratively); by implication, prosperity:—one, peace, quietness, rest, + set at one again.

So in context, when the angels come they come and bestow peace, prosperity, quietness, rest and best of all, the ability to SETTLE. A bird fussing with her nest, circling it and finally settling over her eggs comes to mind. Our cat did this with her babies, and I have seen dogs circle and then settle too. It’s like you finally let go and sit down and sink in.

ABOUT BEING UNWORTHY: In the past I have experienced and witnessed a ricochet of the Lord’s Presence wash upon me after I have prayed for or seen someone else pray for a person. I have always wondered if that is like coming to their home (temple) to impart peace and they are not worthy and so the anointing returns. I think this is true, but that is different than feeling the Lord’s Presence during a prayer, where both you and the person being prayed for feel and receive His Presence.

After my studying the word salute I heard: Canopy. I have given you My rest.

6/28/23 HIS WINGED CANOPY

I saw the back of a very tall angel. He was hovering over someone who was much smaller. His wings were massive and full of many white feathers. The feathers appeared very white, full and SOFT. His shoulders and wings were bowing forward as though they were sheltering and being a canopy over that person. As I saw that comforting vision, I said thank you for canopying and protecting me. I heard, Sure. If I can be of some help. There is an enlargement coming.

The position of his wings were like this photo:

As I pondered the position of his wings, the word ENCAMP came to me, so I looked it up. It means to incline or slant like the sun’s rays in the evening. That scripture passage was a comfort to me as I had been crying out to the Lord over certain matters right before I saw the angel.

Psalm 34:4-7 I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. 5 They looked unto him, and were radiant: and their faces were not ashamed. 6 This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. 7 The angel of the LORD encamps round about them that fear him, and delivers them.

The word incline is connected with the word gracious [#2603] which means to bend or stoop in kindness.

I will settle you I promise. Just remember Who you belong to. Just rest and let Me lead. I will go before you and behind you.
